• Developing dealer network for Industrial Pump business in four Southern states, India.
• Looked after all OEM's, Process & Refinery sectors.
• Coordination with Customers, dealer and factory for forecasting and improving on time delivery.
• Headed a team of 5 Managers and 25 executive engineers for Industrial Boilers & Captive Power Plant projects up to 100 MWe.
• Project handling from Contract to Commissioning and handing over the project to customer.
• Handled more than 400 Boilers and 20 EPC Contracts up to 100 MWe on Turn-key basis.
• Headed commercial activities for IB & CPP projects.
